At this time, I only offer my services in SquareSpace. It’s my favourite platform because it is versatile, user friendly and has wonderful client support, which means your website questions can be answered by a professional 24/7, 365 days a year.
Also, SquareSpace is always expanding and growing, which means your website will keep getting better and better with time.

Once your website is done and has been approved by you, we’re ready to launch (yay!) Part of my package is teaching you how to run your website (more on that below.) After payment has been received, I transfer the site to you, and it’s yours to keep forever!
You have the option to keep me on as a contributor, should you ever need my help in the future adding to pages or makes changes as your business grows. Whatever you decide, it’s up to you!

Of course!! I promise to help you feel confident in your ability to understand and successfully run your website. I do this in three very important steps:
1) Design the website in SquareSpace, because it’s user-friendly, has award winning support, and has integrated analytics to help you understand your website growth.
2) I make sure to design your website with care and attention to detail. My job is to hand you a website that does the heavy lifting for you, so you can focus on other things!
3) I make a custom PDF guide to your site to help you better understand exactly how to run your site! A video guide can be made upon request.

Typically all projects require a 25% deposit upon signing the contract to reserve a spot in my calendar. Once the project is finished, the remaining balance is to be paid before the delivery of the final files or website.

Yes! I know that this is a big investment, so I want to be flexible when it comes to payment. All projects require a 25% deposit upon signing to reserve your spot in our calendar, with the remaining balance split in installments of up to 4 payments.
Please note that files will not be transferred until balance is fully paid.

Definitely not. I offer brand photography and image sourcing as an add on to any of my packages.
While I do believe that having high quality branding photos boosts professionalism, I understand that it may not always be in the budget. We can use stock images or any images you already have on hand.
